From the moment I photographed Brooke and Brandon’s engagement session, I knew this wedding was going to be good. The fun kind. The genuine kind. The kind where you can feel the love without anyone having to say a word. And somehow, their wedding day managed to be even better than I imagined. Truly one of my FAVORITES!


Brooke is a photographer herself, which meant she had a vision and an incredible eye for detail, but also trusted me fully to bring it all to life. Being trusted like that, especially by another photographer, truly means everything to me. It set the tone for a day that felt collaborative, creative, and honestly just really special.


Their wedding day at the Leo Ballroom unfolded slowly in the best way. Everything was beautifully spread out, giving us time to breathe, explore, and lean into the magic without ever feeling rushed. It felt relaxed, intentional, and full of those little in-between moments that make a day unforgettable. A photographer giving a lot of buffer room in her timeline should speak volumes. A tight timeline is my/our biggest enemy!


Their Venue Understood the Assignment


The Leo Ballroom is drop-dead gorgeous. Grand, romantic, and seriously photogenic from every angle, it’s the kind of venue that makes you want to grab your camera and never put it down. The light, the architecture, the dramaaaaaaa it’s all there.


Having extra time in such a stunning space gave us room to get creative. We wandered, played with light, chased moments, and created imagery that felt editorial but effortless. Nothing forced. Just vibes.


All the Feelings, None of the Pressure


What made the day shine wasn’t just the venue, though, it was Brooke and Brandon. They were completely themselves. Laughing easily, stealing glances, finding each other in every room. The kind of couple who makes photographing love feel easy.

Their wedding didn’t feel like a timeline to follow. It felt like a love story unfolding naturally, with plenty of joy, a little romance, and so much heart.


Obviously Meant to Be


Brooke and Brandon are the kind of couple you just know are meant to be. Their love feels steady, fun, and deeply real, and it showed in every moment of the day. Photographing them in such a stunning space, with so much trust and freedom, was an absolute dream.

From start to finish, their wedding was elegant, emotional, and full of personality. The kind of day that stays with you long after the lights go down. And when the dance floor opened? It was officially poppin. Big energy, nonstop dancing, and the kind of party where the night flies by way too fast.
